Mirchi ke Pakore with Bhuna hua masale daar achari besan!!

Method
Wash and dry long thick medium hot green chillies

Mix besan with salt, red chilli powder, haldi, amchoor and coarsely ground, methi, saunf and dhania seeds.

Add 2 tsp oil and bhuno the besan on gentle heat

The besan should turn a nice golden color

Fill the bhuna hua besan in slit green chilies. Dip in seasoned besan batter and deep fry on medium high heat. Serve hot with hari chutney!
