Garma Garam Karari Alu Tikki hari chutney ke saath!
Boil/microwave potatoes. Drain immediately. Peel, and mash till smooth while still warm. Add grated ginger, finely minced green chillies, salt, chili powder, a pinch of amchur and some freshly chopped dhania. Form into round tikkis. If the potato is slightly sticky, you can press outer surface of tikkis lightly with some cornflour. Shallow fry on medium hot pan…serve hot with fresh Hari chutney!
