Heat a tsp of mustard oil, add panch phoran, khadi lal mirch, chicken, salt and a touch of molasses/honey. Stirfry on medium high till golden. Sprinkle with a little water and cook covered till tender, Cook on high heat to dry any remnant juices. Serve immediately!
