Indian Chinese Style CHILLI FISH / CHILLI PANEER

One of my fav Indian Chinese dishes is melt in the mouth fork tender fish in a glossy brown sauce with julienned ginger and sliced green chillies….Mmmmm need I say more! 🙂
Best part is that it is so quick n easy….it takes just 20 minutes to put it together from start to finish!

  1. I tried it with smaller pieces of cod, my kids loved it, even though I forgot to add vinegar to the brown sauce , but vinegar added to marination some how was enough. Also tried the same sauce with baked fish that tasted good
    too.
