Crispy Singade ke Atte ke Pakore

Be sure to make a large batch…they are absolutely delicious!

Method:
Slice potato into thin fingers. Add salt, red chilli pwdr and amchoor and Singade ka atta. Sprinkle enough water so that the atta coats the potatoes nicely. Mix in chopped green chillies and dhania. Fry in medium hot oil till potatoes are cooked through. Alternatively you can make batter out of Singade ka atta, salt, red chilli powder, amchoor, chopped green chillies and dhania. Dip thinly sliced potato in the batter & deep fry!
