Soak sabudana overnight in enough water, so that it is about 1 inch higher than the sabudana. Next day it should be nicely puffed up with almost no water. Drain any water if remaining!
Now add enough mashed potato as is needed to bind the sabudana along with finely chopped dhania, green chillies, salt, red chilli pwdr and amchoor. Form into round flat shapes and deep fry in medium hot oil…..serve hot with hari chutney
