Dalia ke Roti/Paranthe

Method:
Soak 1/2 cup sabut moong daal for 2 hours. Pressure cook along with 1/2 cup dalia till soft. Mash the mix and add finely chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger, fresh dhania, salt, red chilli and ajwain. Now add enough atta to make a smooth soft dough. Roll out into paranthas and pan fry!
