I started my day with warm milk infused with cardamom and saffron.
Mid-morning I indulged in a delicious banana and berry Fruit Yoghurt Parfait
Lunch was two cups of my fav Creamy Chilled Spinach Soup made with sweet tender baby spinach.
Evening came with another glass of warm milk.
Dinner believe-it-or-not, was an big indulgent Banana Icecream Sundae topped with a delicious tangy berry sauce…made using my Single-ingredient Vegan Banana Icecream recipe! 🙂
Bed-time came with another cup of warm milk….and then it was time to sleep! Zzzzzz
4 days successfully completed. After today the detox will be a breeze…yipppeee! 🙂

As dairy is now allowed…Today I take the opportunity to indulge myself with yoghurt & milk based soups! 🙂
I started the day off with a banana and berry Fruit Yoghurt Parfait (minus any sugar/honey)
Mid-morning hunger pangs were fixed by masala milk and some roasted pumpkin seeds.
Lunch was a big bowl of Healthy Spinach Soup
For Dinner I had my Hearty Winter Vegetable Stew
and banana with a sprinkle of chaat masala along with a cup of hot masala milk.
From today the detox becomes a breeze. The 4 challenging days of the detox are now complete. Looking forward to welcoming protein into the diet! 🙂

Evening snack was a banana along with a cup of milk.
Dinner was 2 big bowls of Cold Spinach Soup.
