FAUX SUSHI!

A refreshing salad, that can be eaten as finger food!
My daughter is BIG on Sushi, so here is something fun I came up with… especially for her! 🙂

Method:
Core cucumber, fill with cream cheese filling.
Chill and cut into slices. Garnish with chives and serve with crackers alongside fresh basil walnut pesto!

For the cream cheese filling: Mix cream ćheese/hung yoghurt with minced garlic, shallots & salt n pepper to taste.
