2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup icing sugar
2 large egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract.

Method:
Whisk flour salt together, keep aside.
Beat butter n sugar till light n fluffy (about 5 min). Beat in egg yolks and vanilla extract (about 30 seconds)
Reduce mixer speed to low and slowly add flour until combined (about 30 seconds).
Divide dough into two parts. Cover in plastic wrap. Rest in fridge for 2 hrs till firm.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven at 325F. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into shapes using cookie molds. Work quickly so as to not soften cookie dough too much. Bake cookies 12-15 min, till edges start turning brown. Rotate cookies midway. Let cool on baking sheet for 3 min…transfer to wire rack… Cool completely decorate n serve! (Y)
