Steam sprouts lightly with some salt.
Finely chop raisins, dates, cashew nuts
Mince a little ginger and green chilli.
Add the chopped nuts and the minced ginger and green chillies to the steamed sprouts.
Trim sides of bread.
Dip one side of bread into whipped dahi for a few seconds.
Press bread lightly and form into a cone. Fill with sprout mix and form into flat round badas.
Bakeat 450F or Airfry Badas for about 8-10 min.
Now give them a quick dip in thick whipped yoghurt. Place on serving plate. Top with some more yoghurt.
Sprinkle bhuna jeera, salt and red chilli pwdr. Drizzle some imli ki chutney and serve immediately!
Note: these should ideally be assembled just before serving!
