A delicious healthy lunch….Earthy Khasta Kale Roti with Khatti-Mithi Kadhi & Lal Mirchi ka Achar
Wash drain and finely chop kale. Heat oil, add minced garlic, chillies and sliced onions. Cook till onions become soft. Add the chopped kale, salt and red chilli powder. Cook till most of the liquid dries. Once cool, mix in atta to make dough. adding a sprinkling of water to bring the dough together. Roll out into rotis, cook on hot tava and serve hot with kadhi/alu ki rase wali Sabzi/Raita and pickle!
