“Hi Ruchi here is my TAKE 2 of kuttu dahi ki pakori. They turned out really well. I first made them as afternoon tea time snack and then again as an entree at dinner. One extra trick that I did was that I dipped them in salted hot water in order to get rid of extra oil. That also made them super soft also added some tamarind/khajoor chutney to it and that became like chaat”
