My MAD-CAP Methi Paneer Pizza!

image Any guesses on what went into my mad-cap pizza.
An unusual pizza that pairs some of the most unlikely ingredients together in complete harmony to bring you
results that are….Deeeliscious!! 🙂

Method:
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese/thick cream over pizza base.
Sprinkle a thick layer of grated paneer.
Top with some chopped methi leaves.
Sprinkle some fried onions, roughly chopped raisins and almonds/walnuts.
Top with a little thinly sliced cheese (I used Amul)
Sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper to taste.
Bake in a 450F oven for 15 minutes….ready!

PS: The methi, paneer, fried onions, cheese and raisins….together create absolute magic!!
