Nariyal ke Paranthe

Munh mein ghulne wale makhmali Paranthe…you will wonder why no one thought of this simple delicious idea before. The first time I tried them, I was completely blown away!!
So soft & juicy that I like to call them….Narm-Dil Paranthe!! Try these unusual paranthas for a weekend brunch, when you are in a mood to pamper yourself! 🙂

Method:
Knead the following ingredients together to make a smooth dough:
Shredded Coconut (I use thawed frozen coconut)
ginger,
green chillies,
salt, red chili pwdr
and atta
Roll out dough and pan fry using a little oil….enjoy these unusual delicious paranthas!

Note: use 2/3 cup atta to 1/3 cup coconut
