Use premium quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make this and serve it as table oil with your best Artisanal bread!
Tear pieces of bread and dip into the rich flavorful oil… Mmmm heavenly!

Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a heavy bottomed pan.
Heat on gently heat till just warm.
Wash sprigs of Rosemary and place on paper towel.
Place another sheet on top. Press to remove all moisture.
Insert the sprigs into a clean dry glass bottle.
Pour the warm oil into the bottle.
Also add a tbsp of Pepper seeds into the bottle. I used a combination of black and green.
Once the oil cools completely, close lid and keep oil in a sunny window sill to let flavors infuse for atleast a couple of weeks.
