Hot, Smoky chillies that will wake up your senses! Not for the faint hearted, this Sabzi packs quite a punch!! I love to use spicy jalapeños to make this. However you can use any kind of chillies you like from medium to hot…as per your liking!
Mix together 1 tsp dhania pwdr, 1 tsp amchoor, 1/4 tsp Garam masala and 1 tsp coarsely ground saunf powder.
Add salt to taste.
Slit Jalapeños or any thick big chilli you can get and fill this masala inside.
Bhuno on slow flame till done!
Note: if you like you can also make these in mustard oil.
