Thickly slice tomatoes and place slightly overlapping in a flat baking dish. Sprinkle with salt n pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Top with seasoned bread crumbs and grated gruyere cheese. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with toasted baguette!
For the seasoned bread crumbs… Mix fresh bread crumbs with minced garlic, salt, pepper, freshly chopped parsley, basil and thyme.
