Method:
Hard boil eggs, peel and chop fine. Heat a tsp of oil and gently sauté some finely chopped onion till translucent. Add the sautéed onions, salt, chopped fresh dhania, salt, red chilli pwdr (optional), chat masala and dhania pwdr to the chopped egg. Slit big red/green chillies, stuff with egg filling. Dip into thick seasoned besan batter. Deep fry in medium hot oil till done…serve hot!
