Look what I did with my leftover Avacado dough!
I MADE Avacado Sesame KHAKRE!!
Method:
Mash ripe avacados and mix with atta, salt, minced garlic & jalapeños, red chilli pwdr, coriander powder and oregano to make a smooth dough
Roll out Avacado dough into thin rotis. If you want you can roll the balls of dough in sesame seeds too….like I did. Dry roast on medium low, pressing down constantly till golden!
