Method:
Make a smooth dough with atta and water.
Divide dough into small balls.
Take one ball, Roll it out into a thin circle, keep aside. Now take another ball and roll it into a thin circle too and sprinkle sugar liberally on it. You can also sprinkle some finely powdered cardamom if you like. Cover with the first rolled out circle. Press ends to seal…using your fingers. Now sprinkle a little dry atta on both sides and roll it out a little, more to make it thinner. Be careful not to break dough or the sugar will seep out while cooking.
Now carefully lift the paranthas and place on hot Tawa. Shallow fry and serve hot with Aam ka Achar and whipped white butter!
