A delicious herby twist on stuffed mushrooms!
Method:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
Finely chop some onions and garlic.
Heat some butter, cook the garlic and onions till soft. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook till most of the liquid evaporates.
Cool and mix with shredded cheese and some bread crumbs. Stuff this mix back inside the mushrooms. Top with a blob of basil pesto.
Bake in a preheated oven for 425 degrees for about 20 min.
