Our New theme will Be BBQ as Memorial Day, the unofficial start of summer is just a fortnight away! With summer come long lazy days, fun picnics at parks n beaches and cooking mainly restricted to the BBQ ! Grilled meats, tofu, paneer and vegetables accompanied by summer’s bounty of fresh salads & fruits….and who can forget the sizzling cocktails!! 🙂 After the long severe winter,…summer brings a skip to my step, a song to my lips, sends my spirits soaring high…Yessss….
