Cheesy Bread Roll

One of my daughter’s fav!


Method:
Mix finely chopped onions with shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese along with minced jalapeños/green chillies, parsley/cilantro, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and oregano. Cut bread slices into half. Give a quick soak to each piece, squeeze between palm to squeeze out as much water as possible. Shape into a cone and fill with cheese mix. Press to seal each bread layer, forming a tight oval ball over the cheese filling. Fry in medium hot oil till golden…serve with ketchup/hari chutney!
