What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Breakfast: Mom’s Masala Paneer with multigrain toast
Lunch: Easy Cooker Baingan Bharta
with No-fry melt-in-the-mouth soft Pakora Kadhi and roti.
Dinner: Stove-top Tandoori Chicken and salad.
