Method:
Take 3/4 cup hung curd, 3/4 cup crumbled paneer, 1/2 cup roasted chana dal (powdered) along with 1/2 tsp dhania pwdr, 1/2 tsp red chilli pdr, 1/2 tsp amchoor, 1/4 tsp garam masala and salt to taste.
Add 1/2 inch grated ginger, 2 tbsp freshly chopped dhania and 2-3 thinly sliced green chillies and combine to form a smooth mix.
Form into small flat discs.
Pan fry in hot oil till they are golden from both sides.
Serve hot with your fav chutney/ketchup!
PS: I tied Greek yoghurt in a cloth and hung it for 5-6 hors to extract all water.
