Grilled Sprouts Sandwich…. Bombay Style!

A bold Eye-catching sandwich with wonderful layers of flavor & texture, nutritious, healthy and deeply satisfying….simply love it!

Method:

Heat oil, add jeera and a tsp of minced ginger and green chillies. Add moong sprouts. Add salt to taste, Cook for a couple of minutes on high heat. Remove in a bowl and keep aside! The sprouts should still be slightly crunchy! Spread hari chutney on two slices of multigrain bread. On one slice, arrange thin slices of boiled potato and onion on top. Sprinkle with salt and red chilli pwdr. Top with a generous helping of the moong sprouts and close sandwich with other slice. Grill on a hot Panini or a sandwich toaster with a spray of oil…serve hot!
