Chunky Grilled Vegetables

Simple quick n easy, these vegetables are a family fav! They disappear as soon as they hit the serving plate! 😮

Method:
Cut choice of vegetables into large chunks. Suggested vegetables are peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, avacado etc. Toss them with kosher salt, paprika, mixed Italian seasoning and chat masala along with some olive oil. Let them hang out for 15-20 minutes. Sear on hot grill…..Ready!
Note: if you can find kala chat masala, that’s even better….it adds a delicious smoky taste to the vegetables
