Thanksgiving is a time when we pause to reflect and be thankful for all the special people in our lives. Cherish the relationships we share with them and celebrate the little moments that make them so endearing to us!
As I celebrate thanksgiving this year, my heart fills with gratitude for the love and encouragement that I have received from all my friends, who follow my posts day in and day out, share feedback and offer suggestions. I feel truly blessed to have you be a part of my journey in helping me spread the joy of food….THANK YOU!
To celebrate Thanksgiving, I present three special vegetarian offerings, an appetizer, an entree and a dessert!
For appetizer try making my rich earthy garlic stuffed mushrooms.
For entree, I have oven-roasted winter squash stuffed with a delicious walnut cranberry wild rice filling. It embodies all the signature flavors of Thanksgiving, sweet, savory with a hint of spice!
And for dessert there is my quick n easy tangy fresh cranberry and apple cake, a seasonal delight that makes delicious use of fresh seasonal cranberries! 🙂
