Love it with thick fresh homemade dahi sprinkled with Pahadi namak, nimbu adrak and aam ka Achar…yum yum!
Method:
Make a dough with multigrain atta.
Make a spicy filling by combining boiled n mashed potatoes with finely chopped onions, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies and fresh dhania. Add salt, red chilli pwdr, amchur as per your taste.
Stuff dough with alu pyaz filling and roll out into rotis.
Cook on medium heat till golden on both sides.
Now cook on open flame using chimta/tongs till nice n Kadak.
Apply a dash of ghee if you like.
Enjoy with dahi and Achar!
