Another Vrat option for those who eat spinach while fasting….

Method:
Wash, drain and finely chop spinach. Toss with a little Kuttu ka atta.
Add grated raw potato, salt, red chilli pwdr, amchoor and green chillies.
Mix to form a thick mix. Set aside for about 20 minutes. Now make small balls and fry in medium hot oil.
If you like them extra crisp, flatten each ball and fry again…serve hot.

PS: when you are not fasting the Kuttu can easily be replaced with besan!
