Minty Mango Lassi

Cool tangy sweet Mango Lassi with a hint of refreshing Mint!
And if you want to kick it up another notch, add a shot of Old Monk Rum….Yum yum!

Method:
Peel and cut 1 big fully ripe mango, cut into wedges and take a couple of sprigs of mint, about 5-6 leaves

Measure 1 cup of buttermilk or dahi

Also take 1/2 cup of milk

And 1/4 cup sugar

Along with the juice of a small piece of lemon/lime

Blend all the above ingredients smooth with a big cup of ice.

Garnish with a sprig of mint….Enjoy!

Ps: you can use canned/ frozen mango pulp, when mangoes are not in season.
