Minty Namkeen Lassi

Cooling Lassi or Matha is a refreshing summer drink that is a family fav!

While kids love to indulge in my Minty Mango Lassi, me and my husband prefer it’s savory spicy version!

Here’s how I make it….

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup thick yogurt
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground roasted cumin pwdr
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Half a green chilli (optional)

Method:

Process all of the above ingredients in a blender.

Pour into tall glasses…sprinkle some extra cumin pwdr on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint….enjoy!
