A delicious low-carb option!
You can make it plain…
or stuffed with Spicy Paneer Filling
Or like my hubby likes…with the filling on the side! 🙂
Method: Soak moong ki dhuli daal (yellow) over night.
Grind daal with some ginger and green chillies and add salt, red chilli pwdr, amchoor and freshly chopped dhania.
Now make thin chilas on a hot non stick pan using a little oil.
Flip and cook on other side…ready to eat!
You can eat this plain with a side of spicy hari chutney or ketchup….or to kick it up a notch…fill it with a spicy filling of paneer!
PS: You can also use split moong dal (green) to make these, as illustrated below!
