Microwave No-Fry Golgappe / Puchkas with Sprouts!

Method:

For the microwave golgappe/puchkas
Place dry ready to fry golgappe/puchke on a plate lined with a napkin or paper towel. Microwave for 25 seconds. Open and check. Then subsequently microwave in 5 seconds bursts….checking and transferring those that are done.

For the filling
Boil, peel and chop potatoes sprinkle with salt, red chilli pwdr and bhuna hua jeera. Steam moong sprouts lightly with some jeera, ginger and green chillies.

You will also need
Imli ki chutney
Phenta hua/whipped dahi

For bringing it together
Crack a whole in the puchka, fill with a little potato and some sprouts. Top with dahi and imli ki chutney. Final sprinkle of red chilli pwdr and jeera, done…..eat immediately!
