An Eggless Microwave cake that uses kid’s all time fav…Oreo Cookies! A great Do-it-yourself project for the kids…Takes less than 10 minutes to put together!
Ingredients:
19 oreo biscuits
1 cup milk
Eno 3/4th tsp
Method:
Blend Oreo biscuits (full biscuits with cream) and milk together in the mixie till smooth. Prep a microwave safe bowl. Gently mix the Eno in the batter and immediately pour the batter in the prepped bowl.
Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Rest for 15 minutes.
Top with chocolate ganache/syrup
Decorate with sprinkles..Enjoy!
