10 min Nariyal Moongfali Barfi

imageThis Nariyal Moongfali ki Barfi is a great quick fix Barfi that tastes like it took hours to make! You won’t believe how quick-n-easy it is…from start-to-finish! 🙂

Method:

Take 3/4 cup fresh grated coconut

Add 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.

And 3/4 cup of milk pwdr.

Also add a hefty pinch of ground cardamom.
Mix to combine.

Transfer to pan. Cook on slow heat till it starts to thicken.
Mix in 1/4 cup roasted ground peanuts.

Transfer to greased thali/ butter paper to cool.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.

And apply chandi ka Varakh if you like.
When cool, cut into squares and serve!
