Method:
Boil shakarkandi, peel & mash really smooth. Heat a good amount of ghee add the shakarkandi and bhuno on really slow flame till it changes color to light brown. On the side, make 1 tar chashni with water & sugar. Add this to the shakarkandi and cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with a sprinkle of elaichi powder and sliced almonds & pistachios!
