What is SOW (Strike out the White)
The SOW initiative is an effort to sow healthy eating habits in my family by choosing healthier meal options.
We want to try avoid foods that have been processed and refined, like white flour, white rice, pasta, noodles, white bread, crackers, cereal, and simple sugars like table sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Instead the focus will be on whole grains, fresh fruits, salad, green vegetables and lean meats !

Breakfast: Soft Boiled Eggs with Multigrain Toast
Lunch: Stuffed Alu-pyaz ka Ghakkar, Dahi sprinkled with Pahadi Namak, nimbu adrak aur aam ka achar!
Dinner: A big bowl of Healthy Veg Corn Chowder
