Wash the salmon and shrimp in water to which a tbsp of vinegar is added. Pat dry.
Prepare marinade by mixing 4-5 tbsp teriyaki sauce with 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce, a tbsp of freshly grated ginger and a tsp of minced garlic.
Marinate the shrimp & salmon in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Now remove fish from marinade shaking off any excess. Reserve leftover marinade for basting.
Skewer shrimp, shaking off excess marinade.
Place fish and shrimp on hot grill. Baste generously with reserved marinade. Cook fish for 4-5 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes.
Flip fish and shrimp and baste with marinade once again.
Cook fish for another 3-4 minutes. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes.
Serve fresh off the grill either as appetizer or main dish, your choice!
