Tangy Sprout n Fruit Coleslaw

Tangy refreshing coleslaw that wakes you up to the flavors of summer….by far the best coleslaw I’ve ever tasted…a must try!!

You will need
Raw Moong sprouts
Thinly sliced apples (dip in lemon water to prevent browning until ready to use)
Sliced peaches/nectarines
Sliced grapes
Honey
Lemon juice
Mustard
Sour cream/hung yoghurt mixed with some cream

Method:
Make a dressing of 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp mustard.
Blend in about 3 tbsp sour cream and salt to taste.
Toss the sprouts n fruit with the above dressing.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes so that the flavors can meld…serve chilled!
