Method:
Heat oil, add rai, Kari patta, chana dal, udad dal, green chilli, gunpowder and pan seared tofu! Toss together….and enjoy!!
Kasundi Tofu Stir Fry
Can be served as a spicy appetizer or an interesting side course!

Method:
Marinate thinly sliced pieces of Tofu with Kasundi and chill for a good 30-40 minutes. Heat pan, spray pam, sear marinated tofu and keep aside. In the same pan heat a little mustard oil, add panch phoran, grated ginger, diced onions, sliced hot peppers, salt & haldi and stir fry for 2 minutes. Now add the seared Tofu, and some more Kasundi, toss lightly and heat through….Ready!
