Chicken 65

Spicy juicy melt in the mouth….irresistible chicken 65!
Make a big batch…..you don’t want to run out of these golden morsels of meat…before you’ve had your fill! 🙂

Method:
Marinate chicken in yoghurt, salt, turmeric, red chili pwdr, coriander pwdr and ginger garlic paste for about 1/2 hour. Then add 1 egg and cornstarch and mix thoroughly!. Deep fry very quickly in scorching hot oil about 2 min each batch. Then heat oil add rai, Kari atta, greenchillies. Also add diced onions, capsicums and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Toss in the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes…serve hot. Great appetizer… Or filling for chicken frankies!!
