GREEN BEANS & TOMATO SALAD!
A refreshing alternative to the traditional green bean casserole…you will love its fresh vibrant flavors, crunchy texture and easy-peasy execution! 🙂
Immerse trimmed Green beans into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and quickly immerse in ice water for 5 minutes. Drain and keep aside
Make the salad dressing by whisking together 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tsp honey and salt n pepper to taste.
Toss the beans and tomatoes in the prepared dressing
Sprinkle with lightly toasted sliced almonds/pine nuts!
