Kachche Aam ki Bhajia

Serve it your guests….with garma garam chai, and they will go Waah bhai Waah! 🙂

You will need…
1 cup Chana dal soaked for 2 hours and then drained off all water.

Raw mango, peeled and grated, about 3/4 cup (quantity will vary according to sourness of mango)

2 medium size onions very thinly sliced, 4-5 green chillies and a big fitful of fresh dhania

Method:
Grind soaked and drained chana dal along with green chillies and fresh dhania using absolutely no water.

Transfer the ground dal to a large mixing bowl.
Add the grated raw mango, finely chopped onions, salt and red chili pwdr. If your dal mix looks a little loose, add salt in small batches.

Also add about a tsp of coarsely pounded coriander seeds.

Drop small balls of the mix into hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till crisp!

Serve garnished with julienned raw mango….along with garma garam chai/coffee!
