Kele-Moongfali ki Tikki

Method:
Peel and slice raw plantain or banana. Slice, sprinkle with water, cover with wet paper towel and microwave till soft. Alternatively you can pressure cook them too. Mash till smooth. Add coarsely ground roasted peanuts, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies and freshly chopped dhania. Add salt, red chili pwdr and amchoor/lemon juice. Form into tikkis and shallow fry…serve hot with hari chutney!
