Roasted Makhane and Cashewnuts make a delicious yet healthy snack that you can enjoy with your tea or coffee whether you’re fasting or not!
Method: Preheat oven to 200C . Roast makhane & cashewnuts in seperate batches for 20 min. Toss them together with a couple of tsp of ghee salt n red chilli powder. Roast again at 200C for another 20 min. Taste and adjust seasoning. Cool & store in airtight container.
