Quick ‘n’ easy Galatte

Fingerling potatoes, carmalized onions, roasted garlic and melting cheese….couple with it, the tantalizing aroma of Rosemary….Mmmmm!

Trim sides of soft bread slices. Roll them out thin using a rolling pin. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Top with thinly sliced boiled fingerling potatoes, sliced sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, chopped garlic, bacon bits (optional) and grated cheese. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
Bake in a 425 degree oven till golden & crisp!

PS: If you like add a few drops of truffle oil, it would take it to a whole new level!!
