A Delightful Pahadi chutney to tickle your taste buds…Use it as a delicious kabab dip, or as a healthy sandwich spread or just toss it with some mooli or shalgam! Any way you use it…this chutney is just plain YUMMMMMY!!
Method:
For the Til ki chutney
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 green chillies
A little fresh dhania with stalks
salt to taste
Grind together with a tbsp of yoghurt and a squeeze of lime juice till it is a fine paste!
