Enjoy it with soft plain roti aur dal chawal, you pick!
Method:
Heat a tsp of oil. Crackle 1/3 tsp ajwain. Add 2 large potatoes diced small. Sprinkle some salt n haldi.
Cook on medium high for a quick sear. Then reduce great to medium low…till golden tender and cooked through!
